Due to the nature and sanitation requirements of our product, we do not accept any returns. There is the option to cancel order within 24 hours before the order is shipped.

Please allow 7 to 14 business days to process your order. Our products are made to order. This process can take longer during sales. We thank you in advance for your support!
You will receive an email confirmation when order is fulfilled. We do not offer expedited shipping. We ship priority USPS or UPS where applicable,once order is processed.
We will provide a tracking number when we receive it. Once items shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact carrier.
Heat sensitive products:
We do not accept returns for any products. If you received a product that is melted especially during the summer months, please place in the refrigerator to harden.
